Your role here is simple and very specific: you are finding and submitting leads only. You are not doing any outreach yourself. You are not messaging anyone. You are simply researching and providing us with quality leads that we can personally reach out to. These leads should primarily be current or former OCRP members, or individuals clearly looking for a creative, story-driven FiveM environment like the one we're building.
Every lead is manually vetted, so quality matters far more than quantity. Please take the time to do proper research.
The best place to start is YouTube. Watch OCRP creator videos and look at the name tags that appear when people talk. Many times, creators include their channel or content name in parentheses. There are thousands of videos from creators like Bay Area Buggs, Civ Ryan, Jeff Favignano, and many others, which means there are thousands of potential leads. You can also search the OCRP forums, browse creator Discords, check Reddit threads, Facebook groups, and anywhere people are actively talking about FiveM or OCRP. As long as you can clearly explain how you found someone and why they're a good fit, it's worth submitting.
We're looking for active or recently active people whenever possible, but if you find someone promising who hasn't posted in a while, still include them. Good fits are always worth a shot.
Pay is based on quality over quantity. Leads can pay up to $1 each depending on how strong they are. For example, someone who casually mentioned OCRP years ago might be worth $0.50–$0.75, while an active or recently featured member with solid contact info could be worth the full $1 or more. Strong leads include multiple contact points — emails, Discord profiles, server invites, Instagram, Twitter, or anything that helps us actually reach them.
If someone you find ends up becoming a serious asset to the community, I'm also offering conversion bonuses ranging from $20 to $50 or more depending on the situation.
Payments are sent directly by me via Cash App or PayPal, with Zelle possibly coming soon. We review submissions every few days and typically pay out once or twice per week. There's currently a soft cap of $100 per person per week.
Duplicate leads will happen. When they do, payouts will either be split evenly or awarded to whoever provided the most complete and useful information. Collaboration and thorough research are always rewarded.

One thing I want to be very clear about: this isn't "poaching." OCRP was a huge inspiration for this project, and with them shutting down, a lot of great people are simply left without a home. We're offering an alternative for those who want something similar in spirit. FMRP is moving toward a fully whitelisted, mature, creative environment with strong systems and automation behind it, and we truly believe it's something special.
Also, this is strictly a business transaction. I'm paying you for research help. This does not provide any special treatment, shortcuts, or bypasses to our whitelist or onboarding process. Everyone goes through the same standards and requirements. Fair is fair.

Quick note and disclaimer: this is something we're testing out for a few weeks to see how it performs. We'll be reviewing results and overall adoption after the first several days and adjusting from there. Everything is subject to change depending on what actually works in practice. This isn't meant to run forever, and it's definitely not intended to be anyone's primary or secondary income — it's just a simple way to make a bit of side cash while helping grow the community.
